2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Times

• USA / Europe: 7–15 business days

• Canada / Australia: 10–20 business days

• Rest of the World: 15–30 business days
  Customs checks or holidays may cause small delays.

2.3 Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow your order every step of the way.

2.4 Customs & Import Duties
Import taxes, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We always declare the correct product value on customs forms.

2.5 If a Package Can’t Be Delivered

• Wrong address provided → We’ll reship for a small fee.

• Package refused/unclaimed → Refund minus original shipping cost once returned to us.
